St Matthew Passion at Wigmore Hall

On Easter Saturday in 2027, TEC will perform Bach’s St Matthew Passion, directed by Harry Bicket, in celebration of the work’s 300th anniversary year. One of Bach’s most admired compositions, St Matthew Passion is an oratorio setting of the chapters of Matthew’s Gospel that detail the last days of Christ’s life.
