Mozart’s Requiem and Allegri’s Miserere at Westminster Abbey

The St Margaret’s Choristers, comprising 24 girls aged 11-17 drawn from schools across London, were formed in 2023 and have quickly established themselves as an integral part of the music of Westminster Abbey and St Margaret’s Church. On formation, they were the first girls’ choir in the Abbey’s thousand-year history.

The English Concert performed Vivaldi’s Gloria with the choir for their first concert performance. Now, TEC joins them once again, as they make their debut concert appearance in the Abbey itself, alongside the professional singers of the St Margaret’s Consort.
