Handel’s Ariodante: Live from New York’s Carnegie Hall

·

We are delighted to announce that our forth-coming performance of Handel’s Ariodante at Carnegie Hall this Sunday (30th April) will be filmed; streamed live on Medici.TV’s online platform for the world to see.

The announcement is born from the confluence of two flourishing partnerships; the first between The English Concert and our continuing commission from Carnegie Hall to present a series of Handel operas-in-concert; and the second between Carnegie Hall and Medici.TV.

Featuring an all-star cast including the likes of Joyce DiDonato, Christiane Karg, Sonia Prina and more, the concert will be available as a free live stream, watchable from the video window below and from the Medici.TV website, beginning at 2pm EST on Sunday 30 April (7pm GMT).

Don’t worry if you miss it, as the full video will be available for a further 3 months, or of course you could catch one of our European concerts during May.
