Georgia Browne

She is the principal flute of ensemble Pygmalion with whom she has collaborated since 2011, and is also an invited guest of Les Correspondances and Ensemble Jupiter. In the United Kingdom Georgia performs with The English Concert, Arcangelo, the Dunedin Consort and with a number of ensembles throughout Europe and her native Australia. Georgia has featured on many recordings including Pygmalion’s award winning St Matthew Passion and B Minor Mass discs for the Harmonia Mundi label. She has taught at numerous universities and gives masterclasses at musical institutions across the globe.
